Job summary

Klaviyo, an AI-first company for ecommerce, seeks a Senior Integrations Engineer to shape architecture and governance of back-office integrations. You will partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A, ensuring a reliable, compliant ERP and financial stack with AI-first automation.

You will design AI-powered workflows, copilots, and automated processes across finance systems, collaborating with IT, Data, and GTM teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering or data engineering experience with 2+ years building Workato or similar automation platforms.
• Experience with Python, SQL, APIs and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with AI/ML or LLM-powered solutions that deliver business value.
• Experience integrating with enterprise financial SaaS systems (e.g., NetSuite, Zip).
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate using Workato for critical finance projects.
• Resolve ME/QE and operational issues in integrations.
• Lead SOX audits and drive them to closure.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve productivity.
• Reimagine Finance workflows through an AI-first lens and build AI-powered workflows and copilots.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
