Job summary

Workday is seeking a strategic GTM operations leader to shape AI-driven demand-generation and prospecting programs within the Global Customer Operations team. You will translate business needs into high-level system requirements, partnering with Sales, SDR, Product, and Marketing leadership to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM/revenue operations or outbound prospecting in AI-driven demand generation and prospecting strategy.
• 6+ years designing and mapping end-to-end GTM process architecture across a large revenue org.
• 5+ years influencing VP/SVP-level stakeholders to drive AI-driven GTM model pivots.

Responsibilities

• Map the end-to-end AI-driven demand-generation and prospecting process from signal identification to outbound workflows without hands-on build.
• Translate business requirements for technical teams and convert commercial objectives into clear functional requirements and system logic for engineers.
• Align cross-functional strategy with Sales, SDR, Partner, Product, and Marketing executives to ensure ICP targeting, pipeline goals, and revenue metrics.
• Define governance, brand-safety rules, and decision logic for AI workflows; leave day-to-day configuration to systems teams.
• Track industry best practices in GTM AI and demand-gen; advise leadership on where to innovate and invest.
• Measure prospecting effectiveness with analytics and continuously optimize conversion pathways.
