Job summary

Workday seeks a strategic operator to map an AI-driven demand-generation and prospecting process. You will translate business needs into clear system requirements for Sales, SDR, Product and Marketing leaders, collaborating with GTM Tech & Systems and Data Engineering to build a modern demand engine.

You will work with cross-functional partners to ensure ICP targeting, pipeline goals, and revenue metrics are met, while establishing governance for AI workflows and guardrails.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM revenue operations or outbound prospecting in AI-driven demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end AI-driven demand-generation strategy and outbound workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for engineering and GTM teams.
• Align cross-functional strategy with ICP targeting and revenue metrics.
• Define system guardrails and governance for AI workflows.
• Monitor GTM AI trends and advise on priority investments.
• Measure prospecting effectiveness and optimize conversion paths.
