Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Sr. Automation Specialist to blend sales development expertise with AI, automation, and data to build scalable prospecting systems.

You will work across Revenue Development, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to automate prioritization, research, and pipeline generation. You will design AI-powered workflows, refine prompts, and analyze engagement data to continuously improve seller productivity and messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development, GTM automation, revenue operations or related B2B sales environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, account prioritization, pipeline generation, and buyer engagement.
• Hands-on experience building sales automation, prospecting workflows, or AI-enabled GTM solutions.
• Familiarity with sales engagement and CRM platforms (Outreach, Salesforce).
• Experience leveraging AI for research, personalization, prioritization, or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI-powered prospecting and demand intelligence workflows across the Revenue Development organization.
• Aggregate buying signals to identify opportunities and inform prioritization.
• Use AI to prioritize accounts, identify contacts, conduct research, and map best entry paths.
• Develop scalable account briefs with context, triggers, and messaging for sellers.
• Design and optimize multi-channel prospecting motions across email, phone, LinkedIn, and Outreach.
• Build, test, and refine AI prompts for research, messaging, personalization, and workflow automation.
• Analyze engagement and pipeline data to improve workflows and prospecting strategies.
• Identify manual processes and determine where AI/automation adds seller capacity.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Revenue Development leadership to build GTM solutions.
• Train Revenue Development teams on AI-first prospecting workflows and best practices.
