Job summary

Oyster is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer for Go-to-Market to drive an AI-native GTM transformation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. You will shape roadmaps, own end-to-end AI initiatives, and lead complex programs from discovery to measurable impact.

You will identify high-value opportunities, design scalable AI solutions, and mentor teams while ensuring responsible AI usage and business value. This is a fully remote, international role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands on AI and automation experience across GTM Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, or related fields.
• Experience redesigning workflows or operating models, not just automating individual tasks.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery to measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Make GTM AI native and reimagine how GTM teams work with AI.
• Shape the AI roadmap with GTM leaders to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Lead complex solutions from discovery through adoption and impact.
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data.
• Drive AI adoption and enable self-sufficiency within GTM teams.
• Measure adoption, reliability, and business impact post-launch.
