Afresh, the AI platform for fresh groceries, seeks a Senior Demand Generation & Growth Strategist to own top-of-funnel strategy and drive global pipeline. This hybrid role sits at the center of go-to-market, collaborating with Revenue Leadership and Product Marketing to scale campaigns and optimize AI-enabled growth.

You’ll lead integrated programs, leverage AI tools for personalization, and partner with Sales to convert executive interest into qualified pipeline across international markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demand generation, growth, or integrated marketing experience.
• Proven track record in top-of-funnel pipeline creation—setting channel strategy and media spend.
• AI-Native Operator: uses AI tools, agents, and automations in daily marketing workflow.
• Full-Stack & Self-Sufficient: configure backend tracking and campaigns.
• Integrated Campaign Experience: multi-touch campaigns around events and launches.
• Growth Mindset for International Scale: scalable playbooks for regions and expansion tiers.

Responsabilités

• Own Top-of-Funnel Strategy & Integrated Campaigns across global grocery accounts.
• Propose non-standard growth plays and test new channels beyond LinkedIn ads.
• Lead launch and multi-event activations—align digital, events, and sales outreach.
• Build frameworks and playbooks for international scale and repeatability.
• Equip Sales with content kits, briefs, and outreach inputs for AEs.
