You will partner across go-to-market, Product Development, and Executive Leadership to build scalable programs, measure ROI, and optimize pipeline contributions. The role emphasizes talent development, data-driven decision making, and enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build and scale a marketing function and team.
• Experience aligning marketing strategy with revenue growth and enterprise value.

Aufgaben

• Own market positioning, brand strategy, and category leadership to differentiate and grow revenue.
• Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy aligned to growth objectives and revenue targets.
• Build and lead customer expansion programs, including account-based campaigns and executive reviews.
• Own pipeline contribution, budget, and performance reporting with attribution and CRM analytics.
• Assess the marketing function and design an operating model with clear priorities and impact.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Revenue Ops, and Customer Success to improve pipeline quality and conversions.
• Lead demand generation across events, content, paid media, SEO, website, and partner marketing.
• Define ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and messaging to focus investments on high-return opportunities.
• Use data and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and budget allocation.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools and automation to improve lead generation and operational efficiency.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team with accountability for growth.
