Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sr AI Growth Engineer to architect and build the backbone of an agentic AI platform for marketing at scale. You’ll connect AI engines to the marketing stack, design orchestration, and craft enterprise-grade tooling and UIs.

You will pair product thinking with hands-on execution, embedding with marketing teams and delivering workflows that transform operations, adoption, and self-sufficiency at CrowdStrike.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience.
• Frontend production web apps using React and interfaces for non-technical users.
• Production experience with AI/LLM APIs and agentic workflows at scale.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Strong systems design and multi-service API architecture experience.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth with enterprise tools.
• Proactive builder mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations: connect AI campaign engine to marketing stack and tools.
• Develop orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines and state persistence.
• Design and build web UIs for AI-powered workflows and dashboards.
• Create production tooling for asset pipelines and content publishing.
• Build analytics infra: dashboards, scoring, A/B tracking.
• Design, build and deploy custom AI agents and workflows.
• Implement auth, permissions, and multi-tenancy for pipelines.
• Own CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring and alerting.
• Optimize performance: caching, parallelization, cost management for LLM calls.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Digital Intelligence, Eng and leadership.
