Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. AI Growth Engineer to build the infra behind an agentic AI marketing platform. You will integrate with enterprise tools, create orchestration layers, and ship production-ready capabilities for marketing teams.

You will collaborate with marketing leadership to deliver fast, scalable AI-powered workflows. This role emphasizes hands‑on building, impact, and adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Frontend production web apps with React or equivalent.
• Experience with LLM/AI APIs at scale and token/cost management.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Strong systems design for multi-service platforms.
• Integration experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and enterprise tools.
• Builder mindset, able to ship quickly and iterate.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and observability (AWS).
• Proven track record applying AI to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build infrastructure for an agentic AI marketing platform.
• Develop integrations across Workfront, Marketo, Google Docs, Slack, CMS, and DAM systems.
• Create orchestration pipelines and multi-agent workflows.
• Design web UIs for non-technical marketing users with dashboards and builders.
• Build production tooling for HTML/email generation and content pipelines.
• Construct analytics infrastructure with performance dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and enterprise integrations.
• Implement auth, multi-tenancy, and access controls for pipelines.
• Own CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Optimize performance and cost for high-volume LLM calls.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Digital Intelligence, Engineering, and leadership.
