Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. AI Growth Engineer to architect and build the infrastructure behind our agentic marketing platform. You’ll own integrations, orchestration, UIs, and tooling used by marketing teams across CrowdStrike.

You will work with leadership to ship features quickly, transform workflows, and enable self-sufficient teams. This role offers rare greenfield ownership at the intersection of AI, marketing operations, and developer tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Frontend engineering: production web apps with React and user-focused UX.
• Production experience with LLM/AI APIs and cost optimization.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems (prompt evals, benchmarking).
• Strong systems design skills for multi-service platforms and APIs.
• Integration experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and enterprise tools.
• Builder mindset: shipping v1, learning fast, iterating in ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• CI/CD, containerization, cloud infra, and observability (AWS preferred).
• Proven use of AI to improve workflows and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations connecting the AI campaign engine to marketing stack and tools.
• Develop orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines with state persistence and parallelism.
• Design and build web UIs for non-technical marketing users and dashboards.
• Create production tooling for assets generation and content publishing workflows.
• Build analytics infrastructure: dashboards, QA scoring, A/B test tracking.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows with enterprise systems.
• Implement auth, permissions, and multi-tenancy across pipelines.
• Own CI/CD, automated testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring and alerting.
• Optimize performance: caching, parallelization, cost management for LLM calls.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align roadmap with business outcomes.
