Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. AI Growth Engineer to architect and build the infrastructure behind our AI-powered marketing platform. You will deliver integrations, orchestration pipelines, and production-grade tooling used by global marketing teams.

You’ll embed with marketing, shipping features quickly, while designing scalable systems, multi-agent workflows, and secure access controls. This role offers rare greenfield ownership at the AI-marketing intersection.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering with Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Frontend experience with React and user-focused interfaces.
• Production experience with LLM/AI APIs and scalable systems.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Strong systems design and multi-service architecture.
• Integration with enterprise tools via REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations: AI campaign engine to marketing stack — work management platforms (Workfront), marketing automation systems (Marketo), collaboration tools (Google Docs, Slack), CMS, and DAM systems
• Develop the orchestration layer: multi-agent pipelines, state persistence, error recovery, and parallel execution
• Design and build intuitive web UIs for non-technical users — dashboards, workflow builders, approvals, and real-time status views
• Create production tooling: HTML/email template generation from agent outputs, content pipelines (PPTX, PDF, SVG)
• Build analytics infrastructure: performance dashboards, agent quality scoring, A/B test tracking
• Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and agentic workflows over APIs, MCP servers, automation platforms
• Implement auth, permissions, and multi-tenancy for concurrent pipelines
• Own CI/CD and reliability: tests, deployment pipelines, monitoring and alerts
• Optimize performance: caching, parallelization, cost management for LLM calls
• Partner with Performance Marketing, Digital Intelligence, Engineering, and leadership to align roadmaps
