Job summary

CrowdStrike is building an agentic AI platform to automate end-to-end marketing workflows. You will own the technical foundation, building integrations, orchestration, UIs and tooling for an enterprise-grade system used by marketing teams across CrowdStrike.

You will embed with marketing teams, shipping production capabilities quickly and partnering with leadership to ensure the roadmap is technically sound and aligned to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Frontend engineering: production web apps with React and user-focused interfaces.
• Production experience with LLM/AI APIs in scale, token management and cost optimization.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Strong systems design and multi-service architecture.
• Integration experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and enterprise tools.
• Builder mindset: shipping, iteration, and clarity in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations connecting the AI campaign engine to marketing stack (Workfront, Marketo, CMS, Google docs, Slack).
• Develop orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines and parallel execution.
• Design and build intuitive web UIs for non-technical marketing users.
• Create production tooling for HTML/email templates, asset pipelines, and content publishing workflows.
• Build analytics infrastructure: dashboards, agent scoring, A/B tracking.
• Design, build and deploy AI agents and workflows integrating with enterprise systems.
• Implement auth, multi-tenancy and access controls across pipelines.
• Own CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines with reliability goals.
• Optimize performance and cost of LLM API calls across campaigns.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Digital Intelligence, Engineering and leadership to align roadmaps.
