Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an Sr. AI Growth Engineer to own the technical foundation of an agentic marketing platform.

You will build integrations, orchestration, and UIs that empower marketing teams to execute at scale, while partnering with leadership to ship rapid, production capabilities. You will embed with marketing teams, transforming workflows, enabling self-sufficiency, and delivering enterprise-grade tooling and analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full‑stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Frontend experience with production React apps and designing user-friendly interfaces for non-technical users.
• Production experience with LLM/AI APIs, token management and cost optimization.
• Experience designing AI agents and agentic workflows that solve real work.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems and benchmarks.
• Strong systems design and multi-service platform architecture skills.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and enterprise tooling integrations.
• Bias toward shipping a working v1 and iterating quickly with clear architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations across marketing tech stacks (Workfront, Marketo, Slack, CMS).
• Develop an orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines with state persistence.
• Design intuitive web UIs for non-technical users and real-time status views.
• Create production tooling for HTML/email templates and content pipelines.
• Build analytics infrastructure with dashboards and A/B tracking.
• Design, deploy AI agents and agentic workflows integrating AI APIs and enterprise systems.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and multi-tenancy for parallel pipelines.
• Own CI/CD, testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and alerting.
• Optimize performance for high-volume LLM API calls.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Engineering and leadership to align roadmaps.
