CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. AI Growth Engineer to architect and build the infrastructure behind an agentic marketing platform.

You will own integrations, orchestration, UIs, and production tooling for enterprise-grade workflows used by marketing teams at CrowdStrike. You will work directly with marketing leadership to ship capabilities rapidly, embedding with teams to solve real operational pain points and drive adoption across campaigns while ensuring security, reliability,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Frontend engineering experience with production web apps using React and user-focused interfaces.
• Production experience with LLM/AI APIs at scale, including token management and cost optimization.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems and benchmarking.
• Strong systems design, multi-service architecture, and API design.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations connecting the AI campaign engine to marketing tools and platforms.
• Develop the orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines and parallel execution.
• Design and build intuitive web UIs for non-technical marketing users.
• Create production tooling for content publishing and asset pipelines.
• Build analytics infrastructure with dashboards and performance metrics.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows for GTM motions.
• Implement auth, permissions, and multi-tenancy for concurrent pipelines.
• Own CI/CD, testing, deployments, monitoring, and alerting.
• Optimize performance for high-volume LLM API calls.
• Partner with marketing, engineering, and leadership to align roadmaps.
