Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Sr. AI Growth Engineer to architect and deliver an AI-powered marketing platform.

You will construct integrations with marketing tools, build the orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines, and create production-grade UIs and tooling used by marketing teams at scale. You will partner with leadership to ship capabilities quickly while ensuring reliability, security, and cost control for high-volume LLM usage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering with Python and modern JS/TS.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent experience.
• Frontend production apps with React and adoption-oriented design.
• Experience with LLM/AI APIs at scale including token management.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Strong systems design for multi-service platforms and APIs.
• Integration experience with REST, webhooks, OAuth and enterprise tools.
• Builder mindset with ability to ship quickly in ambiguity.
• Strong communication, translating tech for non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud infra and observability (AWS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build integrations connecting AI campaign engine to marketing stack (Workfront, Marketo, Google Docs, Slack, CMS).
• Develop orchestration layer managing multi-agent pipelines, state persistence, error recovery.
• Design and build intuitive web UIs for non-technical marketing users (dashboards, builders, status views).
• Create production tooling for HTML/email templates, asset pipelines, and content publishing workflows.
• Build analytics infra: dashboards, agent quality scoring, A/B test tracking.
• Design, build and deploy custom AI agents and agentic workflows integrating AI APIs and enterprise systems.
• Implement auth, permissions, and multi-tenancy for concurrent pipelines.
• Own CI/CD, automated testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring and alerting.
• Optimize performance with caching, parallelization and cost management for LLM calls.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Digital Intelligence, Engineering and leadership to align roadmaps.
