Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Frontend engineering experience with production web apps using React or equivalent.
• Production experience with LLM/AI APIs and scalable systems.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks and benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations connecting the AI campaign engine to marketing stack tools (Workfront, Marketo, Google Docs, Slack, CMS).
• Develop orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines with state persistence and error recovery.
• Design and build intuitive web UIs for non-technical marketing users.
• Create production tooling for HTML/email generation, asset pipelines, and publishing workflows.
• Build analytics infrastructure including dashboards and feedback loops.
• Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Implement authentication, permissions, and multi-tenancy for parallel pipelines.
• Own CI/CD, testing, deployments, monitoring, and alerting.
• Optimize performance for high-volume LLM API calls.
