Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. AI Growth Engineer to architect and build the AI-powered marketing platform.

You will work with marketing leadership to deliver enterprise-grade integrations, orchestration, and UI tooling that enable scalable, data‑driven campaigns. You'll embed with marketing teams to transform workflows, with a focus on adoption, reliability, and measurable business outcomes, reporting to the VP of Marketing Excellence & Transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• BS degree in CS/Software Eng or equivalent practical experience.
• Frontend production web apps using React; design for non-technical users.
• Experience with LLM/AI APIs at scale; token management and cost optimization.
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI agents and workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Strong systems design for multi-service platforms and APIs.
• Integration of systems via REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth; familiarity with enterprise tools.
• Builder mindset: shipping v1, learning fast, iterating in ambiguity.
• Strong communication for non-technical audiences; CS/Eng language.
• CI/CD, containerization, cloud infra (AWS preferred) and observability.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations connecting the AI campaign engine to marketing stack (Workfront, Marketo, Slack, CMS).
• Develop orchestration layer to manage multi-agent pipelines and state persistence.
• Design and build web UIs for non-technical marketing users (dashboards, builders, approvals).
• Create production tooling for HTML/email templates and content publishing workflows.
• Build analytics infrastructure with dashboards and A/B tracking.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows for GTM motion.
• Implement auth, permissions, and multi-tenancy for concurrent pipelines.
• Own CI/CD, automated testing, deployments, monitoring and alerting.
• Optimize performance: caching, parallelization, cost management for LLM calls.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Digital Intelligence, Engineering and leadership.
