Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. AI Growth Engineer to build the infrastructure behind a cutting-edge marketing AI platform. You’ll create integrations, orchestrate multi-agent pipelines, and deliver enterprise-grade tooling for marketing teams.

You’ll partner with leadership to ship capabilities quickly and drive measurable adoption across CrowdStrike’s GTM motions. You will work with marketing, engineering, and analytics to ensure scalable, reliable systems, while maintaining security and cost

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Frontend work with production web apps using React and non-technical user adoption.
• Production experience with LLM/AI APIs and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations with marketing stack (Workfront, Marketo, CMS, DAM, Google Docs, Slack).
• Develop orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines and parallel execution.
• Design and build intuitive web UIs for non-technical users.
• Create production tooling for HTML/email templates and content pipelines.
• Build analytics infra for dashboards, scoring, and A/B tracking.
• Design, deploy AI agents and AI-powered workflows for GTM motion.
• Implement auth, multi-tenancy, and access controls.
• Own CI/CD, testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring and alerting.
• Optimize performance and cost of LLM API calls.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to align roadmaps with business outcomes.
