Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an AI Governance Process Lead to design and operationalize governance processes for responsible AI adoption. You will collaborate with risk, compliance, and technology leaders within the AI Control Tower delivery teams.

The role emphasizes end-to-end governance, risk assessment, and stakeholder guidance to ensure compliant, scalable AI deployment across client projects in the United States.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI governance design and implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception processes.
• Proven ability to translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes.

Responsabilités

• Design and own end-to-end AI governance lifecycle from intake to retirement.
• Define AI risk assessment methodology, controls, attestation, and exception handling.
• Establish governance roles and operating model across business, risk, legal, and tech.
• Set clear criteria for when an AI use case is fully governed and compliant.
• Drive adoption by turning governance requirements into actionable processes and guiding rollout.
