Qualifications

• What you need to have to be considered: senior AI governance experience and governance operating models.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or IRM.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation and exception processes.
• Ability to translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle from use-case intake through retirement.
• Define AI risk assessment methods, attestations, residual risk, and exception management.
• Establish governance roles and operating model linking business, risk, legal and tech.
• Set clear criteria for when an AI use case is fully governed and compliant.
• Drive adoption by turning governance requirements into executable processes and guiding rollout.
