Job summary

EY is seeking an executive AI and engineering leader to guide multi‑team delivery across financial services and other industries. You will partner with executives to shape digital transformations, drive AI‑assisted engineering, and build reusable accelerators.

You will oversee large pods, manage architecture roadmaps, and ensure quality, security, and value delivery across complex programs. A Bachelor’s in CS is required, with deep Java/Python and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams (EMs/Tech Leads) and developing senior technical specialists.
• Delivery of complex enterprise solutions from discovery through production and improvement.
• Strong technical depth in Java and/or Python, APIs, microservices, cloud‑native, CI/CD, testing and secure development practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple pods (15–25+ engineers) across client solutions and product domains.
• Advise executives on digital transformation and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Lead technical discussions in audits, regulatory reviews, and client interactions including AI governance.
• Direct roadmaps across Java, Python, APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native platforms.
• Define AI‑first SDLC with governance, validation, and cost/ROI models.
• Turn client needs into prototypes, reference architectures, and accelerators.
• Shape opportunities with accounts via proposals, RFPs, and demos.
• Own delivery, release readiness, observability, and post‑launch improvement.
