Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java (Spring) and Python; familiarity with distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a squad of 5–8 engineers to deliver mission-critical financial platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Own squad execution from requirements to release and handover.
• Mentor and grow engineers, manage backlog, and ensure release readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk/Compliance, and Security teams on architecture decisions.
