Job summary

EY’s Financial Services Office is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive AI-enabled delivery across Java and Python, APIs, microservices and cloud-native platforms. You’ll oversee 15–25+ engineers, work with VP/SVP sponsors, and steer architecture, governance and delivery across multiple pods.

Mentor EMs and Tech Leads, champion AI-first SDLC, and translate modernization needs into executive business cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Leading multiple engineering teams and developing EMs/Tech Leads.
• Delivering complex enterprise solutions from discovery through production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pods of 15–25+ engineers across client solutions and core platforms.
• Coach EMs, Staff Engineers, and Tech Leads; build cross-domain pods.
• Advise executives on digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions, and governance.
• Direct multi-year architecture roadmap; govern APIs, cloud-native modernization, and security.
• Define AI-first SDLC strategy and production engineering ownership.
