Job summary

EY is seeking a senior engineering leader in the US to drive multi-team delivery of AI-enabled financial services solutions. You will guide architecture, cloud, data, and security across full-stack platforms, partnering with executives to align technology with business outcomes.

You will oversee large pods, coach leaders, and shape the AI strategy while delivering measurable outcomes and strong governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams and mentoring leaders.
• Deliver complex enterprise solutions from discovery to production.
• Strong depth in Java and/or Python, APIs, microservices, cloud-native, full-stack delivery, CI/CD, testing and observability.
• Practical AI tools adoption, evaluation, governance and cost considerations.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and link technology to business outcomes.
• Delivery experience in Financial Services or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pods (15–25+ engineers) across client solutions and platforms.
• Coach EMs, Staff Engineers, Tech Leads; drive hiring and inclusion.
• Advise executives on digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Direct multi-year architecture roadmap and API lifecycle governance.
• Define AI-first SDLC strategy with governance and validation.
• Own production engineering quality, latency, cost and security.
• Shape opportunities with proposals, RFPs, and credible delivery plans.
• Ensure delivery success measures, value realization, and continuous improvement.
