Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Engineering Manager to lead a cross-disciplinary squad delivering AI-enabled financial platforms and client solutions. You will guide architecture, design, and delivery from discovery through production, collaborating with product, risk/compliance, and platform teams.

You will mentor 5–8 engineers, drive delivery, and practice responsible AI, security, and governance across onshore and global teams. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading an engineering team or squad.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a squad of 5–8 engineers building mission-critical financial platforms and AI-enabled client solutions.
• Own squad execution from requirements and estimation through release and handover.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
