Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. seeks an Experience Acceleration Sr. Architect to design and deliver AI-first customer experiences on Genesys Cloud. You will own complex technical solutions—from concept to deployment—and translate business needs into scalable software with secure practices.

This hands-on role requires JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, REST APIs, OAuth, JSON, and cloud patterns. Remote-friendly, collaborative with product, engineering, sales, and enablement teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on application development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
• Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, authentication and OAuth, JSON, webhooks, Git.
• Ability to own technical work from requirements to deployment.
• Experience designing reusable components and scalable architectures.
• Experience with AI-assisted development environments.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solutions from problem definition and architecture through deployment.
• Design, build, test, and iterate AI experiences in Genesys Cloud.
• Build integrations and automation using Genesys Cloud APIs and SDKs.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
