Job summary

Genesys is seeking an Experience Acceleration Sr. Architect to design, build and operate AI-powered customer engagement experiences.

You will translate business problems into technical requirements and own solutions from architecture through deployment. You will work with Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs and modern frameworks to deliver scalable agentic experiences, evaluate AI-generated code for security and reliability, and collaborate with product, engineering, sales and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python in building applications and integrations.
• Hands-on design, development, testing and documentation of AI-powered solutions.
• Ability to own technical work from requirements to deployment and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solutions from problem definition through deployment and iteration.
• Design and iterate on AI experiences in Genesys Cloud using APIs and SDKs.
• Create reusable components and reference architectures to accelerate future builds.
