Job summary

Genesys in the United States seeks an Experience Acceleration Sr. Architect to lead hands-on design and development of AI-powered customer experiences using Genesys Cloud and modern frameworks. You will own the full lifecycle from problem definition to deployment, creating reusable components and scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong JS/TS or Python skills, API design expertise, and experience with AI-enabled tooling and LLMs. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development with JS/TS or Python and the ability to design, build, test, and document applications and integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication/OAuth, JSON, webhooks, and API patterns.
• Ability to own technical work from requirements to deployment and documentation.
• Experience designing reusable components and architectures that scale across use cases.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and AI-powered applications using LLMs and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solutions from problem definition and architecture through development and deployment.
• Design, build, test, and iterate on AI experiences in Genesys Cloud demonstrating value of orchestration and AI-powered engagement.
• Build applications and integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs, and modern frameworks.
• Design AI-powered solutions with LLMs, tool calling, grounding patterns, and guardrails.
• Create reusable components and reference architectures to accelerate future builds.
• Apply AI-first development practices across design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Translate technical tradeoffs into business value for stakeholders.
