The Experience Acceleration Sr. Architect role combines CX expertise, application development, and AI-first engineering to rapidly turn ideas into scalable solutions using Genesys Cloud, APIs, SDKs and modern frameworks.
Qualifications
- Hands-on development with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, authentication and OAuth.
- Ability to own technical work from requirements to deployment and documentation.
- Experience building reusable components and scalable architectures.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development environments and coding agents.
- Experience designing AI-powered applications using LLMs and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own technical solutions from problem definition through deployment and iteration.
- Design and build AI-powered Genesys Cloud experiences demonstrating value of orchestration and automation.
- Develop applications and integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and SDKs to solve customer use cases.
- Design AI-powered solutions with LLMs, tool calling, and grounding patterns.
- Create reusable components and reference architectures to accelerate future builds.
- Translate business problems into technical designs and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
