Genesys seeks a Senior AI Architect, Presales to shape how global enterprises apply AI to customer experience. You will guide architecture across self-service, agent assistance, journey management, and back-office automation, partnering with sales and services to move opportunities from discovery to production pilots.

You will work with LLMs, RAG, and enterprise integrations, balancing accuracy, latency, governance and cost while influencing CIO/CTO stakeholders and broader product direction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing enterprise AI solutions.
• Ability to make trade-offs across model selection, latency, cost and governance.
• Expertise integrating AI with enterprise platforms and RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing real-time enterprise AI with latency and reliability.
• Proficiency in AI evaluation, observability, and cost control.
• Experience with prompt design, RAG, and AI workflow optimization.
• Ability to create compelling technical demos and presentations.
• Experience partnering with sales on technical discovery and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for customer experience use cases.
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures.
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data across channels.
