Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions for federal clients. You will lead generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and agentic AI systems, collaborating across engineering, data, cloud, and stakeholder teams.

You will mentor engineers, ensure secure, scalable AI delivery, and guide technical direction while staying current on AI trends and best practices to maximize mission impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-powered solutions.
• Experience building generative AI applications and working with LLMs.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with federal or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, prototyping, and deployment of AI-powered capabilities using generative AI and LLMs.
• Own end-to-end agentic AI development lifecycles including tool calling and deployment of AI agents.
• Apply software engineering principles to design scalable, maintainable systems and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with data, cloud, and mission stakeholders to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Design and automate deployment workflows with IaC and CI/CD pipelines for secure AI delivery.
• Monitor AI systems post-deployment and drive performance optimization.
