Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to advance generative AI, LLM-powered apps, and agentic AI systems for federal clients. You will design, develop, and deploy AI capabilities while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable delivery.

Responsibilities include leading AI solution delivery, architecting agentic AI lifecycles, and guiding engineering practices within a mission-focused, DevSecOps environment.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or generative AI in production.
• Experience with LLMs, tool calling, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (Agent2Agent, LangChain, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of AI APIs and model platforms (OpenAI, Vertex AI, etc.).
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub workflows).
• Strong communication and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generative AI & LLM delivery: design, prototyping, and integration.
• Agentic AI system development: end-to-end lifecycle and deployment.
• Senior software engineering leadership: code reviews, patterns, mentoring.
• Cross-functional collaboration with data, cloud, and mission stakeholders.
• Cloud enablement & DevSecOps: IaC, CI/CD, containers, cloud services.
• Production monitoring & optimization: performance tuning and reliability.
• Technical rigor & documentation: well-documented code per guidelines.
• Mentorship & continuous improvement: stay current and share standards.
