Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/AI or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Experience building generative AI apps with LLMs and tool calling.
• Experience designing agentic AI using modern frameworks and platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI APIs and model platforms (OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI).
• Proficiency in TypeScript; familiarity with Nx, Next.js, Vercel AI SDK, Playwright, Jest, Vite.
• Python proficiency with libraries like Pydantic, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI.
• Curiosity and responsible innovation with measurable mission impact.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).
• Experience with VS Code and AI extensions (Cline, Claude Code).
• Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generative AI & LLM Solution Delivery: design and refine AI-powered capabilities with generative AI and LLMs.
• Agentic AI System Development: own end-to-end agentic AI lifecycles and deployment of reliable agents.
• Senior Software Engineering Leadership: enforce software engineering best practices and patterns.
• Cross-Functional Technical Collaboration: partner with data, cloud, and mission stakeholders to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Cloud Enablement & DevSecOps Integration: design IaC, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and cloud-native services.
• Production Monitoring & Optimization: monitor post-deploy AI systems and tune performance.
• Technical Rigor & Documentation: write clean, well-documented code in line with guidelines.
• Technical Mentorship & Continuous Improvement: mentor team members and contribute to reusable standards.
