Credence is hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions including generative AI, LLM-powered apps, and agentic AI systems for federal clients. Responsibilities

• Generative AI & LLM Solution Delivery: Lead design, development, prototyping, and refinement of AI-powered capabilities.
• Agentic AI System Development: Own end-to-end agentic AI lifecycles, including model selection and tool calling.
• Senior Software Engineering Leadership: Apply software engineering principles, conduct code reviews, establish patterns.
• Cross-Functional Technical Collaboration: Partner with data engineers, data scientists, cloud engineers and stakeholders.
• Cloud Enablement & DevSecOps Integration: Design IaC, CI/CD pipelines, containers, cloud-native services.
• Production Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor AI systems post-deployment and tune performance.
• Technical Rigor & Documentation: Write clean, well-documented code following guidelines.
• Technical Mentorship & Continuous Improvement: Mentor team members and contribute to standards.
