Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions for federal clients. You will lead cross-functional teams across AI, data, cloud, and security domains, delivering scalable, mission-focused capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, guide technical direction, and uphold rigorous engineering standards while advancing responsible AI with measurable mission impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years software engineering with AI/ML in production.
• Experience delivering generative AI / LLM-powered solutions.
• Experience with tool/function calling and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience designing agentic AI solutions using listed frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Bedrock, Vertex AI.
• U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-powered capabilities design using generative AI and LLMs.
• Develop agentic AI systems with model selection and tool calling.
• Apply software engineering principles for maintainable, scalable systems.
• Collaborate with data, cloud, and mission stakeholders.
• Automate deployment with IaC, CI/CD, containers, cloud services.
• Monitor and optimize AI systems post-deployment; ensure reliability.
