Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions for federal clients. You will lead generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and agentic AI systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable capabilities while guiding technical direction and mentoring engineers.

Role requires advanced software engineering expertise, strong AI/ML background, and experience with agentic frameworks.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI.
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering AI/ML, generative AI, or LLM-powered solutions.
• Experience designing/implementing agentic AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI APIs and model platforms.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generative AI & LLM Delivery: design, develop, prototype and refine AI capabilities using generative AI, LLMs, retrieval patterns, prompts, and secure APIs.
• Agentic AI System Development: own end-to-end agentic AI lifecycles from design to deployment.
• Senior Software Engineering Leadership: ensure maintainable, testable, scalable systems; conduct code reviews and set patterns.
• Cross-Functional Technical Collaboration: partner with data, cloud, and mission stakeholders to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Cloud Enablement & DevSecOps: design IaC, CI/CD, containers, and cloud-native services for secure AI delivery.
• Production Monitoring & Optimization: monitor, tune performance, ensure reliability and scalability.
• Technical Rigor & Documentation: write clean, well-documented code per guidelines.
• Technical Mentorship & Continuous Improvement: stay current and mentor team.
