Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-powered solutions for federal clients. You will lead GenAI/LLM efforts, mentor engineers, and collaborate across data, cloud, and mission teams to deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software engineering, strong Python/TypeScript skills, and expertise with AI APIs and frameworks, with US DoD clearance eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-powered solutions.
• Experience building generative AI apps, working with LLMs, and tool calling with model evaluation.
• Ability to design agentic AI solutions using established frameworks and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI APIs and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Bedrock, Vertex AI.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python with related libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development.
• U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for DoD Secret clearance.

• Lead software engineering practices, code reviews, and pattern establishment.
• Collaborate with data, cloud, and mission stakeholders to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Design deployment workflows using IaC, CI/CD, containers, and cloud services.
• Monitor AI systems post-deployment and optimize performance.
• Provide technical mentorship and contribute to reusable standards and design reviews.
