Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) business, seeks a Senior Manager for AI Capability Enablement within Quotient Inside. The role drives the design and execution of enablement strategies, coaching, and governance to scale responsible AI usage across the organization.

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and measurable outcomes.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows (custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants).

Responsibilities

Lead enablement initiatives from scoping through execution and adoption.
Coordinate across Product Strategy, Design, Training & Comms, and platform teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-quality delivery.
Oversee channels for AI questions and ensure timely, well-calibrated responses.
Identify patterns and opportunities to raise standards and repeatable practices across the firm.
