Job summary

Oliver Wyman Quotient is seeking a Senior Lead AI Engineer to manage technical projects and guide teams in designing and building AI/ML systems and pipelines that are scalable and production-ready.

You will collaborate with Oliver Wyman partners in Quotient, engage directly with clients to understand business challenges, and deliver solutions through cross-functional collaboration with other Quotient specialists and consultants.

Qualifications

• Background in computer science, data science, ML, AI, statistics or other quantitative field.
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale production AI systems.
• Fluency in modern programming languages for AI/agents and end-to-end AI lifecycle.
• Knowledge of evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and cost/latency optimization.

Responsibilities

• Exploring data and crafting AI solutions to answer core business problems.
• Shaping proposals with Partners/Principals leveraging AI and engineering capabilities.
• Building and deploying LLM-based agent systems in production.
• Staying up-to-date with modelling and data engineering methodologies.
• Advocating best practices in modelling, code hygiene and data engineering.
• Leading development of proprietary AI/ML solutions and tools on projects.
