Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an Enablement Business Partner to accelerate field capability for the Solution Engineering team. You will translate business problems into capability solutions and design systems that empower the field to perform at higher levels.

The role involves diagnosing skill gaps, curating enablement content, and coordinating with Product, Leadership, and Learners to ensure measurable capability gains and alignment with release cadences.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a focus on enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen
• Deep technical expertise in SQL and/or Python
• Snowflake experience, SnowPro Core/Advanced is a plus
• Experience designing, building, and delivering enablement programs
• Ability to lead through influence
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in fast-changing environments and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic enablement partner for SE leadership, diagnosing skill gaps tied to business outcomes and measuring impact.
• Curate and gate enablement content, validating AI outputs and maintaining a domain truth for theater and product.
• Diagnose field needs via signals, classify gaps with data, and prioritize improvements.
• Design activation experiences with hands-on or self-serve formats and measure behavior change.
• Bridge Product, Field, Leadership, and Learner; manage intake and align to release cadence.
• Establish yourself as a key member of SE leadership and scale enablement org-wide.
• Collaborate with Global SE Onboarding to shape everboarding programs.
