Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a focus on enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen.
• Deep technical expertise in OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python.
• Snowflake experience, SnowPro Core/Advanced is a plus.
• Experience designing, building, and delivering enablement programs.
• Ability to lead through influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic enablement partner for SE leadership and diagnose skill gaps tied to business outcomes.
• Curate and gate enablement content, validate AI outputs, and maintain a domain truth.
• Diagnose field needs through signals and prioritize gaps with data.
• Design activation experiences and measure behavior change and learning activation.
• Translate between Product, Field, Leadership, and Learners; manage intake and content development.
• Establish yourself as a key member of SE leadership and scale enablement org-wide.
• Collaborate with Global Onboarding to refine everboarding programs.
