Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to guide customers through onboarding and implementation of Outreach AI and related services.

You will work with Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Education, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure adoption and success, leveraging AI to inform and accelerate engagements while upholding strong governance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or related field; SaaS experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build trust and manage client relationships through implementation excellence.
• Proactive adoption of AI tools to enhance client conversations and delivery.
• Experience driving projects with clear timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Strong stakeholder management across customer organizations and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding and implementation.
• Deliver implementations on time while keeping customer teams aligned with milestones.
• Own delivery of Outreach AI Agents from configuration to adoption.
• Demonstrate project management excellence and risk management.
• Drive platform adoption during and after go-live.
• Support customers post-launch with managed services and expansions.
• Identify new opportunities and connect customers with the right teams.
• Handoff customers to Customer Success after launch, and capture feedback for improvements.
