Job summary

Asana is seeking a consultant to guide enterprise customers through the AI Workflow Management transition, from onboarding to production-ready workflows, coordinating with Success, Sales, Solutions, and R&D to realize measurable outcomes.

You will design time-bound engagements, translate executive priorities into actionable deployments, document decisions, and drive adoption across teams while maintaining momentum toward scalable AI usage.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing implementation or consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise settings.
• Solid understanding of AI workflows, generative AI concepts and platform design.
• Ability to map business outcomes to AI-enabled workflows and adoption strategies.
• Experience guiding complex enterprise deployments from discovery to adoption.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured, time-bound engagements with Success, Sales, Solutions and R&D to drive AI adoption.
• Design onboarding, implementation planning and AI activation for enterprise customers.
• Document decisions, align stakeholders, and produce a scalable deployment roadmap.
• Coordinate multi-team delivery, milestones, training, and production launch.
• Run recurring check-ins to assess adoption, uncover pain points, and expand use cases.
