Intuit is seeking a Staff Data Scientist for CK Intelligence to shape strategy and measurement of next-gen AI capabilities. You will evaluate nascent AI capabilities, identify high-value signals, and translate learnings into strategic direction for AI-native experiences.

This role blends data, experimentation, and business leadership, requiring deep analytics, causal reasoning, and storytelling to drive product strategy and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or BI in consumer tech or fintech.
• Proven ability to shape strategy and influence executive decisions with data.
• Experience measuring AI or personalization products and evaluating non-deterministic outcomes.
• Strong expertise in experimentation, performance measurement, and causal analysis.
• Strong business acumen across acquisition, engagement, retention, and ops.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and measurement for AI-native experiences; size AI use cases by business value.
• Develop AI evaluation with golden datasets and LLM-as-judge calibration.
• Design and run experiments and causal holds to prove incremental impact.
• Frame questions, generate insights, and influence roadmaps and budgets.
• Build data products and govern decision systems between data and user experience.
• Create executive-facing visualizations and storytelling to show performance and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Eng, Design, and Marketing.
