• Strong experience with all phases of SDLC lifecycle; hands-on as a technical leader with Java and Spring.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of developers and analysts; manage SLAs and resourcing across locations.
• Coach and develop the team to grow skills and performance.
• Oversee SDLC lifecycle; hands-on with Java, Full stack, Spring, SQL, integration frameworks, microservices, automation, cloud, architecture.
• Drive AI adoption within Agile/DevOps to improve velocity and quality.
• Organize production support across time zones.
• Partner with business to design IT solutions meeting needs pragmatically.
• Maintain high performance and quality of software.
• Influence project prioritization and risk management.
• Manage IT workforce capacity and resources.
• Develop and enforce development methodologies.
