Job summary

Spring Health in New York City is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead mobile architecture, AI-augmented engineering, and cross-team initiatives in a hybrid role based in NYC. You will own the team’s architecture, drive scalable mobile design, and mentor engineers while delivering high-impact features across Flutter and React Native.

You’ll partner with design and product to define a mobile design system, establish guardrails for AI usage, and ensure robust CI/CD and SDK upgrades.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Mobile app experience with Flutter and React Native.
• Experience designing AI-augmented workflows and guardrails.
