Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Senior Mobile App Consultant to lead architecture and engineering for Flutter-based mobile platforms and Java-based services. You will set engineering standards, drive SDLC-aligned delivery, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Partner with Product, Architecture, Delivery, QE, and Infrastructure to evaluate technologies, introduce AI-enabled development practices, and deliver scalable, secure mobile experiences that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mobile application architecture across Flutter and native platforms.
• Strong debugging, coding standards, and SDLC governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable mobile solutions.
• Experience with AI-assisted development practices.
• Experience with vendor and cloud provider relationships.
• Travel willingness up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design for mobile apps, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Contribute hands-on full stack development across Flutter front-end and Java back-end.
• Champion AI-enabled development tools and engineering automation.
• Establish observability standards across mobile and backend services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Delivery, QE, and Infrastructure.
