Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer - Mobile to join a high-energy team focused on digital innovation for mobile platforms. You will design, develop, and deliver native iOS applications, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align with enterprise strategy and customer needs.

Responsibilities include code reviews, performance optimization, and mentorship of junior engineers, plus leveraging Swift/SwiftUI and AI tooling to drive quality and speed in delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years in software development lifecycle.
3+ years native iOS frameworks and/or features.
3+ years native mobile applications/testing processes and tools.
3+ years of Swift language.
At least 1 year of experience utilizing AI tools, such as Claude.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable native iOS solutions that meet requirements and quality standards.
Contribute to solution design discussions with senior engineers.
Provide input on feasibility, performance, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and quality guidelines are followed.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge through reviews and discussions.
Adopt mobile best practices and new technologies to improve productivity and quality.
