Spring Health in San Francisco is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to evolve all mobile experiences and own a team’s architecture in service of our AI-native platform. You will guide system design, decompose architecture into components, and ensure scalable, safe AI-driven solutions.

In this role you will mentor engineers, drive cross-team initiatives, and partner with design to define mobile design systems while overseeing CI/CD, releases, and SDK upgrades.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years building mobile apps with Flutter and React Native.
• Experience using AI to guide architecture and workflows.
• Proven track record of technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own team architecture and provide system-wide design guidance.
• Develop AI-augmented engineering workflows and guardrails.
• Drive large-scale cross-team initiatives and reduce tech debt.
