You will mentor engineers, collaborate with design, and ensure robust CI/CD and upgrade processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a software engineer.
• 5+ years of mobile app experience with Flutter and React Native.
• Experience using AI to augment engineering workflows and establish guardrails.
• Proven proactive and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own a team’s mobile architecture and decompose into components.
• Shape architecture for efficiency, stability, and future evolution.
• Design AI-augmented workflows and incident analysis tools.
• Establish guardrails for safe AI usage (security, compliance, correctness).
• Lead tech-debt reduction and align with future roadmap needs.
• Influence cross-team projects and remove barriers to delivery.
• Partner with design on mobile design system and UX heuristics.
• Own mobile CI/CD, app release, and SDK/framework upgrades.
• Turn vision into strategy and actionable objectives.
• Mentor engineers and foster an inclusive, high-trust culture.
